I BELIEVE

We're after the same thing.

Have you ever experienced an unexpected disruption that drove you to do some serious introspection? And then realized you were tired of pretending that "good enough" is good enough. That you had drifted away from your authentic purpose and your soul was longing to return to it?  Did it cause you to start dreaming of building something that matters—something bigger, something with more meaning?

That was me at 40.

I thought I had it all dialed in, the achievements, titles, status running a $40M business, —until a disruption at work cracked open the very foundation, I had built my identity on. I met someone new on a taskforce to merge two organizations. The contrast of that new friendship to the one I had at home was like light revealing to me something I had been unwilling to see: my marriage was deeply misaligned, and I had been hiding in patterns of co-dependency without even realizing it. But more than that, it revealed me, that I was losing myself and needed to return back to center.

My divorce was painful—but it was also the beginning of an awakening to a major leadership lesson in radical responsibility. That disruption provided me a gift —it was a signal that I needed  to release an outdated story, give up approval addiction, realign to my purpose, and start listening to my internal compass.

That experience became the spark that led me to recognize a universal pattern for transformation—the Disruption Advantage, and the SHIFT Framework I now use to turn disruptions into leverage by aligning my life and leadership to why I am here.

From Chaos to Calling

After more than 40 years in commercial sales—and 25+ leading high-performing teams—I reached another crossroads. I loved sales. But what truly lit me up wasn’t just driving revenue. It was awakening people to their potential.

I realized my real calling wasn’t only to build organizations that perform, but to build people who transform.

So, I listened again to that inner voice—the same one that had guided me through my earlier disruption—and took another leap of faith. I shifted into entrepreneurship as an act of stewardship: to give back, to prepare the next generation of sales leaders to rise higher, and to help them see that disruption is not their enemy—it’s their greatest teacher.

Today, my purpose is clear:
To help leaders learn how to Leverage Disruption for Advantage, honor the intrinsic value of people, and lead with the magnetic energy that turns performance into purpose.

Some call it success.
Some call it freedom.
I call it Legacy.

Transition still came as a shock to my system.

I thought stepping into entrepreneurship would feel exciting — and it did — but it also came with an unexpected shock to my system.  I had to SHIFT my focus onto why I was building, what I was building and listen and trust intuition for how to do it. The truth is, even when we choose change, the inside transition work still shakes us.

I found myself wrestling with old habits, mindsets, and ways of operating that had once brought success but no longer served where I was headed. I had to surrender. I began to see a pattern — how disruption, whether planned or not, sends the brain into protection mode, grasping for comfort and control. But underneath that resistance was something else — an invitation. Disruption was signaling that it was time to evolve, to shed what no longer fit, and to RISE into a truer, more purposeful version of myself.

Now, I'm on a mission to change Corporate Sales Culture.

For the first time in history, four generations are working side by side. Boomers and Gen Z share the same workspace — and as 2030 approaches, a silent leadership crisis is emerging - one that data warns few are preparing for.  The largest exodus of seasoned leadership is about to depart with decades of tacit wisdom that can't be codified in a process manual or captured by an AI knowledge base. The most critical challenge remains dangerously underprioritized: the cultivation of human potential AND the ability to deal with the high speed of change. Too often, organizations still operate from an outdated model of management — one that treats people like resources to be optimized, rather than creators to be activated.

As the pace of disruption accelerates, the differentiator for sustainable success won’t be who adapts fastest to AI — it will be who can awaken and activate the human potential within their organization. When people are inspired to think creatively, contribute meaningfully, and collaborate across generations, they become the company’s most powerful engine for transformation.

It’s time to lead differently — to stop managing from control and start leading transformation from purpose. Because when leaders inspire the fire within their people, they don’t just drive results — they ignite cultures capable of imagining and innovating beyond disruption.

I care about giving back to the next generation of leaders-not just passing down infrastructure or innovation, but the values, resilience, and wisdom that built MedTech's foundation. My mission is to close the leadership gap that exists today - so tomorrow's leaders just don't inherit success; they inherit the spirit that sustains it!

Here are some truths we can believe:

  • School is never out.
  • People are your most valuable business assets.
  • Physical assets are finite. Spiritual assets are infinite - empower your creators to create!
  • Untapped potential is in everyone.
  • True fulfillment comes from creating, connecting, & contribution.
  • Selling is an infinite game that is 95% mindset and 5% mechanics.

I'm going after the life we both want.

I’m deeply committed to my family, I love to travel and to experience new things, and I hope that at the end of it all I can look back with gratitude at a legacy of people that have impacted me and left paint on my portrait. The coming decade demands more than technological innovation - it demands a renaissance of human leadership and we have a call of stewardship to pass on the baton of wisdom that cannot be transferred through acquisition, but only imparted through mentorship, dialogue, and example.  There's no inspiration in logic. I believe, wholeheartedly, that creating a culture of embracing people’s true potential can change everything.

Let's go on this journey together.
